If you are looking for a great, professional roofer, then you are looking for Warner Roofing. I’ve used Warner Roofing on two separate occasions for two different houses. Both times, they exceeded my expectations. At my old house, there was a small leak by a vent pipe and the water would roll down the pipe and land in my basement. Bryan took the time to LISTEN and then got on the roof to look at the spot where I thought may be the issue. Bryan said the pipe boot was destroyed and needed to be replaced. Jill sent an invoice and scheduled the fix. The boot was replaced and the leak was fixed. My roof at my other house developed a leak and was dripping through a smoke detector right into my hall. As you can imagine, this was alarming and I feared that any delay would potentially destroy my ceiling. I called Warner Roofing on Friday night after hours and Jill returned my call Saturday morning. Warner Roofing was here on Monday morning to look at the issue. Again, Bryan LISTENED and then got on the roof to find the issue. Additionally, Bryan alerted me to two other issues that would not have been found until it was too late. I chose to get a new roof (because I didn’t want to nickel and dime myself to death over the next few years), new skylights, and gutter guards. The crew that put on my roof WORKED – they didn’t take a bunch of breaks and they didn’t disappear for hours at lunchtime. I appreciate that they finished everything in one day. The best thing about Bryan and Jill is that they are responsive and do what they say they are going to do. Each time I had an appointment, they showed up ON TIME and were prepared. They are both professional and courteous and don’t try to ‘sell’ you something that you don’t need. I highly recommend Warner Roofing and hope you give them a chance. (P.S.
